HM2000 Faulty?

Hi guys,

I have a HM2000 and it is failing.
It seems to have lost power.
It powers a small Thomas train slowely when on full power the in stops half way round a very small loop track.
When the train is placed in the track the green power light goes from bright green to a very dull green.
Any advice or is it dead?

If you're sure its the HM2000 causing the problem (If possible test loco/track with another controller or use a new PP3 battery across the rails) then I would highly recommend returning it to Hornby service dept. You will need to contact Hornby first to obtain a repair/returns authorisation number, then send it to them.

HM2000 is a Hornby controller. Yes they did.
