Re: Which Do you Prefer?
I have just paid John of Master Piece Models for Hartlebury Castle. I bought the single chimney version
I can have the loco, still be fed, not have to do my own washing and not have to sleep in the shed all thanks to the members of this forum (plus a couple of other forums) who voted single chimney because I can blame you which also means Mrs PT will not be putting anything nasty in my morning Coffee.

If you stop posting on here for a month or so we’ll know it wasn’t just something nasty in the coffee.

Maybe Mrs P T could also prove GWR could make perfect locos with less wheels when she 'slings your loco out the window'.Walkingthedog wrote: ↑Mon Jan 14, 2019 1:59 pm The GWR proved that it could make perfect locos with less wheels.

Why would she do that, she has great taste like PT.
Just to let you know, my absolute favourite steam loco is the V2.

Mine is the BR Standard Class 3 2-6-2T. There is one being built on the SVR, all of the origionals were scraped.

Not a V2 but a locomotive I saw quite a lot.

My first model loco some 60 years ago was "Pychley" (spelling?) Trix Twin. So while I am a GWR fan, I have a real softspot for the class
