New SQ11 Full HD Camera (1920x1080)

Not sure if this is classified as a tool, and I can't remember if Steve M had used one on the old forum. However I watched New Junction - a YouTube Channel - and he dedicated a video to this camera. So I've bought one - £5.95 with free P&P. and about £5.00 for a 16mb memory card. I've copied his youTube video here, which will be better than my explanation, so you can make your own minds up. The camera comes with a charging lead - just plug in to your laptop, a mounting clip and bracket. It weights nothing - it is less than 25mm square. I'm not suggesting you could use it for your holiday video's, but clip it onto a wagon and away you go. You might have to move the video curser back a little, I think it had run for a few seconds before I copied it. The camera does not come with a SD memory card - you need to get a mini/micro SD card - about £5 on ebay.

I used either a GoPro or my phone for my videos Barry.
He got good results from that one in his video though. Not bad at all for the price.

Hi Brian - I'm waiting for the memory card to arrive, but to be honest for £5.95 if it doesn't work it's not the end of the world. Barry

No it isn’t. Think I’ll get one. I have some SD cards.

That looks so easy to apply and use. The video was good as well, some nice shots. As you say as cheap as chips  . I might be needing one like that :) .

I’ve got a mini SD somewhere but I’ll get a new one. Thanks Barry.

It was Steve who said about the mini SD card - I forgot to mention that, and not having a digital camera I'm not to familiar with them. B

Getting new 32GB ones will be very cheap, some are available at Amazon for as little as £5
