Has anyone got a copy (or photo shot) of the instructions for the above? can't seem to get the activating pieces to fit into the track properly. Email me if you do thanks,

I don't have but just a check. I assume you are using Hornby track as the bits are designed with Hornby sleeper spacing in mind. Another point of interest is the older code 100 Triang/Hornby track once had gaps under every sleeper where power clips and anything similar cojld be slotted in. After that it was only at the specific positions (Marked on the underside with a small moulded in arrow) that allowed for devices to slot in. I have never tried fixing the Royal Mail apperatus to the track as I bought many of my coaches secondhand and they did not come with the parts so I can't be of direct help.
No doubt others know more.

You could contact Hornby. They may send you the instructions sheet.

Does your coach run properly without the little feet things fouling the tops of the track and points? I've got one that came with a 'Percy and the Mail Train' set and it seems to foul on everything. I may try taking it apart and seeing if there is anything that can be adjusted.

I suspect that’s what I may end up doing. It’s the one thing I didn’t get running ready for my sons Thomas layout for Xmas so I’ll give it a go this weekend. It’s a nice novelty even for us grown ups so for a 2 yr old it should be exciting.
