It will be interesting to hear how you get on with it. Did you order a class 10 card by the way. john

I have resorted to an old mini camera I had kicking around, not great quality but the 'rushes' of my first attempt are on my Low Ghyll thread.
I will persevere with the SQ11 when I have more time and potentially when the light is better.

My camera arrived today, but Mini class 10 card not due till 20th feb. Gives me time to charge it, and download better instructions. Cannot try, as have no mini sd cards. Would it work outside , say in my porch, to film the nightly visitors. john

These type of inexpensive cameras tend to give poor grainy results in low light John, though I can't comment on this particular one.

Teed, hi, thanks, Told heather it would not work. She wants to see who is making footsteps in the snow. I thought it might be ok fixed on a wagon, on the layout.

It should be OK John but you might need to turn up the ambient (room) lighting for best results

Teed, now there is a thought. My lighting is 3 strip lights. I am looking into LED, tubes. Have changed one in workshop, much brighter. They are a bit new here, not easy to find. Bought my only one at Aldi, but they only had one size.

No the class 10 card refers to the mini SD card There are class 4 slower and class 10 faster. The class 10 is better for videos.. So I am told. SQ 11 refers to the mini Camera.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Have tried both out and yes class 10 is better.mijj wrote: ↑Sat Feb 02, 2019 12:32 pmI thought I had but the SQ11 was deliveredfootplate1947 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 02, 2019 11:43 am It will be interesting to hear how you get on with it.
