Re: New SQ11 Full HD Camera (1920x1080)
After the posts here I thought I'd better get mine together. The user manual print was too small to read and it was even difficult with a magnifying glass. I googled it and went with an online version which looked like the one supplied. I selected it, copied it and pasted in OpenOffice. Then I selected it again and altered the print to font size 18. Problem solved. I can read it and it makes sense (well to me anyway ).
I will try it out when I get some track laid.
Why have they sent two cards? One small enough to go in the camera and the other is four times its size and will not go into the camera. In fact it is slightly smaller than the one in my Fuji finepix f31fd. Written on the paperwork is Kingston 32GB, a couple of logos and 80MB/s (the latter of which I assume is the transfer rate). Have I got the correct card?
Jim.

You put the little one in the big one which then will fit into an SD card reader. It is an adapter.

Thank you WTD, that is exactly what I need to know ( I've not removed it from its plastic encapsulation yet) .Walkingthedog wrote: ↑Sat Feb 02, 2019 8:49 pm You put the little one in the big one which then will fit into an SD car reader. It is an adapter.

Re: New SQ11 Full HD Camera (1920x1080)
Jim, can you post the instructions (or a link) on here for simple souls like me?
"Not very stable, but incredibly versatile."
Re: New SQ11 Full HD Camera (1920x1080)
yes, can do easily.
The page where instructions are given I found using google and is
http://org-info.mobi/shop/sq11-mini-dv-guide-en.htm
Copy those instructions to your opened word processor and paste them there.
Select them again and enlarge them until you can see them easily without magnification.
Save for the record.
HTH.

I thought I did it all right but nothing works - except the red light .
I have formatted the card in my SD thingy (I got it when the Fuji camera was playing up). I assume that was necessary.
I have charged the camera for 2.5 hours.
I thought to follow the instructions to the letter now they are large enough to see .
Herumph!

A colleague has bought one of these cameras, but has a 32gb disc rather than the 16gb shown in the video - does this matter or affect the camera operation?
