Hi
I did build one but didn't keep it very long, managed to get a train running but moved on the better things quite quickly.
I did have a few issues getting working, mainly down to errors in the circuit, seemed to need quite a bit of debugging that shouldn't have been necessary for a supposed finished product.
To be honest you would be better of going down the Arduino and DCC++ with the free JMRI software than messing about with something that might still have the circuit errors in.

Only supports basic decoders not NMRA advanced decoder requirements by the look of the ebay ‘spec’.

Looks like it is using an Arduino clone as the main board.

Yes I have spent a number of hours debugging and I'm getting to the stage of ditching for an e-link setup.
