Shelby Wood Sidings
Re: Shelby Wood Sidings
I had real trouble distinguishing the layout from what appear to be a man and his dog, if that is not a figurine as well. The photo-reality of this is most astonishing. And you say this is O gauge in a small space?? As to the imaginary vans, I run my American stuff under the same sort of thing: imaginary.

Hi Chops.
Yes the man and his dog are both figurines.
The lay out is 9' 6" x 2" (7'6" up to tunnel entrance). I did want a run off longer than 2' but it would mean removing the train room door and that would leave it exposed to 'raids' by young children and dogs

Thank you MG.Mountain Goat wrote: ↑Sun Oct 07, 2018 11:19 pm It all looks real. Do you find the 0 gauge locos run nicer with their heavier weight then 00 locos do?
Yes the O gauge does run smoother and cope with points a lot better too. I also find it eaiser to work with now due to being able to se the larger scale better, however this is just an age thing

My wife and I have been making more trees and bushes for Shelby Wood Sidings. I spent yesterday evening gluing them in place.
