A s/h Class 37 I purchased last year had glued in couplings!

Pretty annoying as I wanted to remove the front one or aesthetics.

Then remove it, even when glued the whole lot will come away quite easily. There isn’t really a glue on the market that will stick a coupling in place permanently.

I've had a good go at it, but spurred on I will have another go :D

Sorry, not looked at the forum for a few days. All is well - just pulled a little harder and new coupling safely fitted.

same here with the Cl37 front coupling, just pulled harder and it came free.
