After a Mr Whippy ice cream van explosion.

I was hoping for a sensible reply Brian. NO chance........I found the picture in a story about a storm on the west coast couple of years ago.
I made this reply after reading the bit about ice cream. But I am scepticle about what causes it.

It reminds me of the sewerage foam common on lot of rivers years ago. Not so nice.
