You can get a module that blinks randomly to give the impression of a TV.
Most people are shocked when they find out how bad I am as an electrician

Yes and on a 50" screen, just as well the bungalow is out in the country, no neighbours.

Yes, as my layout is getting fine-tuned I will start looking at things like that. Already have a pelican crossing, level crossing lights and traffic lights but static by rotary switch. I have bought a traffic light kit to build so watch this space.
