Looks good. By the way the bit you have laying flat on the deck at the back should be vertical and cover the rear bulkhead. It has the shut doors to the cabin on it. If the doors are open as you have them then remove the printed closed ones.

I thought that would be the case, WTD. The instructions are pretty sketch at the best. A touch of paint required.

Looking after my wife, who is partially disabled, can slow the rebuild of the layout. Slowly, but surely I shall get there.

I've learned over the last 10+ years, building a layout is a long term aim. Somewhere there is a rule about 'it's never finished' and I think that it certainly applies to many of the layouts shown here as members are spending a large amount of time (and a considerable amount of money in some cases) to progress their love of modelling and modelling railways. The work produced by you, Glencairn, is always amazing and the fantastic photography helps bring it to life.

Thanks IanS for your lovely comments. I am as we say here 'touched'.

The Clarence Dock extension is actually part of the fiddle yard. It is the only place I could put a dock. One of my grandchildren (five year old) likes it and 'is in charge' of it.

Will I finish Clarence Dock? I wanted something 'up and ready' so the granchildren can enjoy. The 'fiddly bits' will come later.

Onwards and upwards it is.
