There are a couple of CVs that can be adjusted to control the heat of the elements ( to increase or decrease the amount of smoke ) It looks like the one element may of been running too hot.

I’ve tried to reset all the cvs to factory settings however , for some reason my multimaus controller doesn’t seem to change them. Currently trying to save up money for a better controlling system but as a student studies must come first

That actually is right up my price range and I bet it’s a heck of a lot easier to work with rather than roco’s control, thanks a lot for the suggestion and all the help

There seem to be two little springs missing from the two front driving wheels, and seems to create a clacking sound without them. If anyone know what I’m going on about , please send me a link for replacements or substitute methods pease do comment
Every day another challenge, keeps me busy during Covid at least

You have lost me now, i have never seen these springs other than under the front and rear bogies.

The only sprung driving wheels are the rear ones the front two are not sprung.
