Plasticard for buildings?

I use superglue (Runny type) as I am usually bonding plasticard to resin, but superglue usually needs the plasticard surface roughened up a bit to bond well, but I have used polystyrene cement and even UHU glue, though UHU is better for those joins that one may need to seperate at a later date.
