Cobalt & Seep PM1 easier fitting

I've always used side cutters Purchased from my local market Tool Stall. Pound shops may also be an alterative? I think from memory they were 7 inch and at the time cost around £3 at the time. Cheap enough not to break the bank and strong enough to cut the piano wire
Also worth checking Toolstation or Screwfix for cheap side cutters.
