Inglenook Sidings
Re: Inglenook Sidings
Section two has been glued down and had its fishplates soldered
Essentially making the two pieces of foam into one atm
Next follows the ballasting... let’s hope I don’t make a mess of it xd

It’s o gauge
Was originally going to do oo as I have 5 hornby live steam locos but o gauge was simply too beautiful

You won’t regret it. Your wallet will but you won’t. I wish you hadn’t posted the loco picture.
Nurse, the screens!

My bank account hasn’t been too happy since I got into it
Worth every penny so far though

I’m in need of photos and references of this style of girder bridge that had ballast
Here’s one for example
Any photo references or a 3D file to bring the bridge would be much appreciated

I agree with the others - it's looking great. I've zoomed in on the foam base and I'm wondering, is it rigid or does it wobble a little? Just curious.

Re: Inglenook Sidings
I’ve soldered them due to poor connection as the fishplates were too big
In future if I was to run multiple locos and expand i would need to sort out the points with the fishplates (plastic ones etc) for obvious reason xd
I found it the most simple and available option at the time
For one loco on the track atm I think it’s okay
