All the turnouts have been built: 7 on the top level and 2 on the lower (mine level).

What do you mean? I have tested them all, electrically too, ran my porter through each of them

I admire your patience fitting all those ‘spikes’. You have referred to your ‘porter’ a couple of times - what exactly is it (photo)? Might help us understand how it gets round those tight turns - remember, most of us run locos that struggle on second radius curves.

It's a simple 0-4-0, i have tested, it runs through the 7" curve I have on the sharpest turnout:
