On one car it cost £35 to amend the address, on the mobility scooter it was simple and free and on the Mercedes it actually generated a £5 refund. It's a very similar postcode being only 3/4 mile from the old house, is on a bus route road and closer to where a number of thefts have taken place where the house I moved from was on a quiet high value small estate where 24 plate Porsche cars are parked on open drives. Go figure! (I always felt that if thieves scoped out that estate my Mercedes was safe!)
