Circa 1955 that picture Roger, he served the line for 49yrs, 24yrs as Station master until its closure in 1960.

I have a similar picture, no idea where it is, of one of my uncles at Taplow station where he worked for many years. They always looked so smart.

They did have pride in there job back then Brian, i remember his shirt collars all hanging on the line.

Luckily i have 100s of photos of the S and M Potts line to help with the build, looking through some today for details, heres a couple.
Two family members in the fire brigade .

Indeed Terry, the coach in these pictures will be fun to build,
I think its a five compartment coach, if anyone knows anything about it, please let me know ie. colour etc. although it has no paint left by the looks of it.

Main shell build continues
