Astonishing station scene. The ghost like figures are a brilliant play on time, or rather the Einsteinian concept that time is more a figment than a physical property. Subtle, but potent image of an amazing station scene.

This arrived today - a good deal from the current Hornby Sale - by using some of my Reward Points it cost me £3.95 which was for postage, although it arrived via DPD. One slight irritation is that the colour match compared to my other "blood and custard" coaches, is that the custard is lighter (to much milk? ).

Looks good, Barry. Just out of the workshops.
If you want to knock the newness sheen of, use the lightest of cream powders.

I am sure you know that anyway.

I agree. I also think the A4s and BOBs are to two best lookers on the On British rails.

Figures now painted. It had ben suggested that I show a picture as taken by the man with the camera, but I could not get the picture in focus with the iPhone, as the phone was to close to the subject.

Next project? I am building a new workstation. I have very little room in which to work, so I am building a new workbench that will fit right across my control desk onto which will be placed an "organiser". Luckily(?), when I built my layout boards back in 2013/14 I had a spare 3x2 board (in kit form), so good quality ply with which to build the bench. Picture shows current bench(?) - hopefully I will have a little more room with the new bench.

Great picture. Did they have white trainers then or are they Dunlop tennis shoes? :)

I had some of those. Your work bench does look a tad overcrowded. Mine is a similar size so I have to keep putting things away after I’ve used them.
