A member of our family was a Manager of a Northumbrian quarry owned by Tarmac. Tarmac wagons pass Roseville School. This section of the layout is under a minor rebuild hence the gap to the track.

Oh wow, love how you went from 1920 to 2020. Fabulous photography, love that DMU
poking its face through the bracken. Now I want to take a ride on Scotsrail just for
the experience.

Another set of Interesting pictures Glencairn, the lady walking past the lorry at the level crossing reminds me of my old maths teacher from school. She had a hat just like that.
