A couple of SR guards vans have arrived c/o TMC's recent "weathered sale". I now need to find some guards - Modelu??

Likewise Brian - it probably takes them a few minutes to do each wagon etc.

I have just had a frustrating few hours. I mentioned that I had replaced all of the Peco point motors with Cobalt Digital iP's - all motors programmed, installed and wired up, so I thought.Two of the points are Peco 3-way points, so there are three "frogs" and two point motors per point - I kept getting a short on one of the frogs everytime a loco ran over it. I had wired these up previously, some years ago, with no problems, and I really did know what I was doing, but to no avail. Eventually, having taken all of the wires out, and then putting them back I appear to have 100% success. Once the new control panel is in place "all" of the point motors will need programming again, but I believe this will happen automatically as each motor is attached to the DCC Concepts Alpha System - fingers crossed :roll:
