Wonderful. That brings back memories from the late 1950's. Early/mid 1950's was Hornby 0 gauge.
The thing is they were both so reliable; much more so than present day stuff.
They were built in England and made to last. My Duchess of Montrose must have done as many scale miles as the real thing .LOL

Hello all
Thankyou for your kind words regarding Little Weldon. Another step forward in the Good's yard the arrival of the first pieces of freight. Several barrels and crates have now been added to the scene. Twenty one days ago I was making the mould for the wall's, and here the yard is starting to take shape.

Hello all
Its been a few days since I have done any thing to Little Weldon. We have been really busy on the Allotment at one point the Greenhouse was looking like a Rain Forest. I have been discussing the prospect of modelling part of the Meccano factory with a fellow HD enthusiast. Maybe low relief or painted on to a backscene. I have carried out the usual internet searches which has bought a few photos and maps to light, I was wondering if anybody knew of any other sources I might be able to access.
