Amazing photo of the loco shed and I completely agree with Bandit Mick that one can imagine stepping out of the station and into the street, as it all seems so real and in perspective.

The quality of workmanship on Wykeham is so inspiring and always seems to blend together so effortlessly.......

Flattery will get you everywhere Richard  I take time to try and get it right, but at the same time I can look at the "street scene" for example, and think "it doesn't really look real" - I have just been looking again at the trees on Montgreenan (your layout) and thinking "can I make some like that?" Dapol Water Tower - "silent version" - might need some rust applied?

Everything you touch looks absolutely superb. Very inspirational to those of us a long way behind (even if I can't sort a simple short).

Keep posting the pictures.

Thanks for the comments Carl, but I assure you there is nothing special about my layout. I just take my time, and study Youtube videos on how others have done certain things - silly things like weeds and small bushes, it's just a bag of Woodland Scenics bits, and then I watch a video(s) to see how to try and get the best affect - sometimes it works, other times it does not. I'm just about to relay the pavement at the station entrance, this means the main station building has got to be removed - lots of wires underneath! BB
