With cameras you do get what you pay for, but when your going to be uploading them to the web it doesn't always help having a top of the range HD camera as your either going to spend a long time getting the video online or have to reduce the quality massively.
amazon has a huge number of little cameras that will fit on flatbed wagons for action shots and also stands/clamps to hold phones in the right place.
its certainly good to see the action

Productive few hours on layout extension, soldered all the 14 droppers and laid the track.
Drilled and pinned the track down 0.07mm drill and Dremel, steady hand required!!
Connected the droppers to new bus cables and checked for problems. All Ok no shorts, 0-6-0 ran over the track smoothly.
Now for the point motors, new control panel, and scenery, after Christmas I think. Off to the smoke to babysit 5yr old twins for a week

Great work, and thank you for the information on the cameras. I recently had to replace my old flip phone, and found the image quality and ability to get within mere inches of a subject is superior on the new old flip phone which replaced it, and far better than the video camera I employ. But, as I think you referenced, it is not immediately compatible with Windows 7.

Just a quick update on the small parcel shed extension and disused cattle dock. I still have the point motors and lighting to do.

An interesting layout. Lots going on.
Your RCAF Twin Otter must be really lost flying over the UK.
