It can be very confusing for him if he stands in front of them and is told to take his pick.

I let the wife choose which spade or fork to use and of I go hi ho hi ho,I am putting up a new timber arch in the greenhouse area today and then some weeding.

Blimey - superb and big gardens! Makes my little patch on Teesside look decidedly sad. Think I’ll get some of that pretend grass and have done with it (bet that gets the real gardeners and eco-warriors hot under the collar!) Hope I don’t get banned from the forum - I have no-one else to speak to!

I have just installed a composite deck and replaced the shingle beach we inherited as a garden with plastic grass, edged with sleepers to stay on track. It is fun watching the blackbird stamping his feet on the grass when its raining trying to get the worms to rise - it ain’t gonna work mate.
I just have to wait until my neighbour is out so I can hammer drill into their garage wall to set an anchor for one corner of my shade sail. The other three anchors are in my bricks.

Some great gardens on here. I have 3.5 Acres, of which , 2 is leased to farmer. Just changed my Husqvarna Rider 16, for new 216T, 4x4, with twin engine. Pleasure to drive, and Heather no longer has to push me out, when cutting lowest garden level. We have put our veggie patches to lawn, as at 77, tis easier to mow, than dig. If i ever work out how to post a photo, will do a couple of views.
