Ye New Olde Henley

Slowly, work progresses. It was necessary to widen the flangeways on the crossings as to allow passage of the wider wheel treads of the vintage stuff. That being done, the Southern Railway does a brisk business in parcels whilst the Loch Ness Monster Tourist Railway perambulates about in search of its prey. A bit like whale watching, but on land. However, some things never change and accidents do happen, no matter how much filing down takes place.

The diminutive Hornby Peckett runs like a jewel, and the older, more vintage Hornby High Wheeler set is fairly reliable throughout it all. Care has to be taken to not collide at crossings. Slowly, things are taking shape.

The Oxford Rails Dean Goods and the Hornby Terrier run beautifully. Just running stuff, see what works, what doesn't. So far, so good.

Now the pandemic is over, or at least the dread of it, Barbi can go frolic in the UK on holiday. Or not.

Thanks for that Chops, another brilliant video with brilliant music. What you have there just has to be the most unusual thing in El Paso, apart from you of course. Loved the bit towards the end with Lion running along in the distance by the river. Keep 'em coming.
