Waiting since the 20th March for an order to be fulfilled and running out of patience. He should stop taking orders, and people's money until he reduces the backlog to an acceptable level. Tried to be patient, but really fed up with the service.

My order arrived today. There was an apologetic note explaing the items were out of stock and had to be re-etched. Better late than never.

At least Jim acknowledged the delay. Now it’s over to you to finish the job.
