Freight terminal progressing, loading dock extends over pool on the right which will have remnants modelled of an abandoned logging camp.

View of station area plenty of work to be done !
Main theme is the Pennsy with Burlington route trackage rights hence the Burlington "Zephyr " waiting at the platform .
