Yes, I remember it well. Unfortunately I was a fairly new member at the time and never got the chance to know him. But I know from comments from forum members the regard in which he was held.

Mind you it’s put a bit of a dent in my new year’s resolution - to be more grumpy and intolerant than last year. Apparently that’s a no go area now.

On a lighter side Steve, i think i told you about the total cock up two police forces made back in oct 2018 when they informed my son i had died from a heart attack, well today 15mths on i got a letter in the post from Hong Kong to inform me the Gentleman who died was related to me and im the sole remaining relative, his $11 million estate is mine for the collecting
