What a masterpiece. I love the use of the retaining walls; they add such depth and drama.

Thanks Chops.I know they are over "scale"but sometimes reproducing detailed items doesn't have the required effect.I wanted the walls to be the main feature so a bit of artistic licence was needed.

https://flic.kr/p/2hpXzwq An update I would like to share.Been working on a corner of the layout over the past few weeks. This has been my third attempt at this section.Anybody else get stuck on what to put in a particular part of there layout?
I like the progress so far and therefore will continue to my endeavours adding to this area.As you will see I have built this using mod clay.Love using the stuff.Suits my style of construction in so much as free hand developing in 3D.Not big on using rulers or working from drawings etc.Only problem I've discovered is it doesn't always photo very well .The camera makes you see things you wouldn't normally notice.I hope the images will give you an idea of what Im trying to depict in my layout https://flic.kr/p/2hpYfZV

Hmmm - what's this 'Adult content, you must be signed in to see Adult content' that I'm seeing?

I don't have, want or need a Flikr account so can't sign in. All I see is a train running...…. and a few videos..... where is this adult content? :)

Now I'm not averse to a bit of Adult Content, but a) it's before the 9 pm watershed and b) I was hoping to see some model trains!!!

After a little investigation I suspect it is simply the direct link that is causing the issue.

Clicking on the photostream option gives a lot of different videos.

This is a link to the photostream: https://www.flickr.com/photos/165619192@N02/

and this to the first video: https://www.flickr.com/photos/165619192 ... 444987486/
