For some of them you could go for a run down look with demolition in progress and start replacing them with slightly newer style buildings.
We shall see how it goes. Some buildings are required at Clarence Dock Goods Yard.

The original theme of puddles after the rain is still at Clarence Dock. Puddles are done by a little clear varnish and pieces of plastic over the top. The wet ground is varnish again leaving part as if the ground is drying out.
