Arrived from Amazon today and although it was described as waxed canvas, it actually turned out to be full leather which was my preferred material. And only £17 so I'm quite pleased with that.

Just arrived, excellent simple piece of kit, was going to do a homemade one but went for this.

Got a few of these, ready to make point motors out of them. Fed up with dodgy solenoids..
The screwed rod is about 55 mm long to give you a sense of scale.
