True, the bus doesn’t link across the lift out section.
Must look tomorrow to see if I did fit them in the first place - probably not.

Yes they work, as they absorb any voltage spikes appearing on the Bus pair of wires that are caused by short circuits,

Finding theses parts in the parts box, I assumed that I hadn’t fitted snubbers to Low Ghyll...........wrong!
There they are sitting at the ends of the bus at each end of the layout, either side of the lift out section.
I’ve not cleaned the track but I have had a good scrub of the wheels and pickups of the shunter and it’s been running round quite happily and so far none of the other locos have been tempted to join in.
