'Harwood is just starting its next turn of duty at Clarence Dock. The small platform behind was built for the Dock Yard workers; now the local people use it also, bringing extra revenue to the Company.

Great pictures as usual. The shop may still be there - when I was a kid (early 1950's), there was a barbers shop on the ground floor of the flats where we lived - in Muswell Hill, North London - it is still there today! Probably has had a change in staff :lol:

I'll try and see if the shop is still there, the next time I go to Leeds. I very rarely go there now as my 'Yorkshire based family' now live near Dewsbury.
