I thought this latest release was ‘all new’? Maybe not.
Probably just as well I don’t particularly like GWR locos - I only have twenty of them. :o

Yes it is all new, my point is that it is the only loco I owned that didn’t seem to like track. Perhaps it is something about it’s shape. Just a thought.

Who knows, Brian. If nothing else, it will look good on the shelf. Just another thing in the ‘frustrating category’ today.

Change of subject, is going out to click and collect a Next18 decoder considered as essential or non-essential travel? ;)

Depends if you do something essential on the way back, perhaps buy a litre of fuel.

I knew there had to be a loophole to exploit.
My own fault though - ordered online last week from a relatively local store, and then I noticed the collect option. So I thought why not - failed to notice the shop is shut until Tuesday.
I’m not having a good week.

Collected my decoder (while also getting essential fuel :D ) and added this to the layout.

One of Rails of sheffield’s daily bargains. Amazing slow running as well, crawls round the whole layout at only no.1 on the dial.
Bit different to the 61xx. :(
