Grass is still green, but the pond still needs the cover on as the heron drops in periodically for breakfast :o

Thanks Brian - the Mrs looks after the plants and planting, while I cut the grass and trim the edges - the lawn is almost at the stage where it needs two cuts a week. I need to either remove the pond cover or put a different mesh over the top, as the plants (Iris) are starting to grow and they break/bend with the cover still in place. We have far too many fish in the pond - we had six mature gold fish, who got friendly a few years ago, and there are now about fifty - so I run an external filter with a UV light and a two stone aerator - they all appear happy and well, although feeding time can be a bit chaotic - we almost have "white water"

It’s a nice garden. Pots of flowers just what my wife likes.

I agree with Brian, it's a nice garden Sandy. Size has nothing to do with it - the garden came with the house forty five years ago and has just developed over the years. I too enjoy cutting the grass - so no robots for me.
