I used some of my Christmas money to buy this Hornby Pecket 0-4-0 saddle tank.
She's seen here shunting at Lostock Wharf, but can also work at the exchange sidings.

Wonderful detail in O gauge these days WTD. If only I had the room.

I don’t really have the room.
It even has working inside motion which you can barely see.

Not only do I not have the room I like large locos and the cost of them would be out of my reach.

A majority are well out of my reach. Due to lack of space the largest I can run is 0-6-0. I look for bargains. This one was less than a Hornby OO 4-6-2 loco. Having sold my extensive OO stuff I had funds to start O but I’ve spent all that.

Very nice - I suppose you bought the wagon and then thought "I need something to pull it"? Great detail on the loco.

Is it right that 0 gauge can turn in 6ft or is it more like 8ft or wider? I would imagine due to the couplings one would need wider, but somewhere I heard something about 6ft is possible... Unless I mussread and they mean radius?
