Exquisite. My eyes are drawn into the scene of the retaining wall. If suggests a larger enterprise.
Hi Chops
The retaining wall runs the length of the fiddle yard - which has now been made a little more "scenic" than the normal storage yard. The lights in each alcove were added for something a little different

Wow. Your railway operating company must have money to burn. Lights in arches!! But they look just great. Well done for a simple but very effective scenic detail.

Brilliant. As Mark Twain wrote, "Plagiarism is the finest form of flattery." I may be borrowing from your talent.

With the summer recess nearly over, life at Wykeham and on the Manydown branch is slowly (very!) coming back to life. A new addition at Wykeham shed is Merchant Navy Class 35007 Aberdeen Commonwealth - seen here on the Manydown branch about to be watered.

That is nice! I wonder how the rebuilt versions performed compared to the unrebuilt versions. They do look nice without the streamlining.

Still not 100% happy with the static grass
. I have added some soil and Javis ground cover. Still needs more bushes, trees and some fencing.
