Very nice. But what are they? I am guessing they have something to do with weight. Of even more interest to me is the back drop of low relief buildings, it is hard to tell, but is that cardstock? The window glazing makes it vivid. Also, the ground work is convincing.

They are rectangular tanks Chops. Usually to carry heavy liquids like tar. Less likely to split the tank when sloshing about.
