Thanks guys - bet somebody asks whether the indicators work  The driver requires major surgery to get behind the steering wheel.

Surely nobody would expect the indicators to work. What about the dashboard lights Barry?

The shot outside the station is just superb. Very inspirational (and depressing) at the same time!

Never a Policeman around to check such things.

Adds to the realism though. :)

First time out of the box since purchase in December 2015 - Battle of Britain Class 34070 "Manston".
The real 34070 Manston was issued with a new 10-year boiler ticket on November 16th 2022 after a five year overhaul - can be seen on the Swanage Railway.

Hope it works Barry, as I cannot see them taking it back after 7 years - LOL

I have now finished replacing the Metcalfe stone retaining wall with a plaster cast walling. It still needs weathering and the odd bit of greenery hanging over the top and may be the odd old sign, so someway still to go.
I will stick a length of thin wood along the back of the walling - possibly in say two foot lengths for easy removal.
I also have to cut one length of walling down so that it fits - as it's plaster I think a fine tooth saw will do the trick.I am not replacing the fiddle yard wall.

Yes BB I think that looks a lot better than the old card walling did.
