I am hopefully moving house in the near future (subject to contract) and I will be leaving my small patch of plastic grass behind and have to face cutting a much bigger bit of real grass again. I feel a robot may get the job, but there is so much to consider between specs so as to get the most suitable one for the task. Mow by perimeter wire, random pattern, rigid pattern, mow by program, 18v/20v/40v, charge in situ, charge on the bench, auto return to charging station, my head hurts.

you dont need wire anymore fully done with GPS.

That is another option - 2 x cockerpoo powered mower.
Presumably GPS add-on comes with a hefty price tag.

Never thought I would ever own 1 of these, a rare find purchased for just £20 which I must admit is better than the £35 - £40 I have seen traders wanting for these coaches at model fairs.

The coach still had the old 1980s wheels & huge D couplers but has since been re-wheeled and better couplings fitted

Thanks to Brian1951, a large boost to my freight rolling stock arrived today:

All have to do now is work out the easiest way of fitting kadee couplers !
