Peco Smart switch

I just received a new order of the Peco Smart switch. The toggle switches in this set have 3 prongs vs the two prongs in the older set. I am just using the toggles to throw the switch motors. Do I solder the wires to the two outer prongs or to the outer prong and inner prong?

Normally for basic On/Off switching you use the middle tab and one of the end ones (doesnt matter which end)
