Somewhere on here I have seen a suggestion on where to buy switches and layout wiring etc but I cannot find it.
All different colour wiring and types of switches were available on the links suggested but can I find the details - no. Help please.

I use this place a lot:

Most people are shocked when they find out how bad I am as an electrician

Hi

Depends on how much wire you want per colour? Rapid or CPC Farnell sell rolls of 100Mtr. (Farnell have a much lower postage threshold than Rapid)

Personally I use Bitsbox for a lot of items and their P&P are very reasonable for small order values https://www.bitsbox.co.uk/
Brimal are also good to use.. https://www.brimal.co.uk/

Rapid also sell extensively on Ebay where there's no minimum order requirement.
