Avro Arrow suffers the same fate at TSR2

I have been reading and watching videos about the Canadian built Avro arrow lately and could not help noticing the similar fate they suffered. Scrapping fantastic cutting edge aircraft, just as it started to bare fruit. What a waste of money and talent. :( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4z5-l7u2Uo&t=183s

It was a waste of money. Very fine aircraft.
