Brand new enthusiast

Hi all.. as above, I'm brand new to model railways and tbh I never expected to be an enthusiast, however I bought a Hogwarts express for my little fella to go around my Christmas tree after my B&M christmas train died, then spent a fortune on many of the Thomas and friends range. Now I'm kind of hooked and find myself browsing Locos on Ebay 😑. I can see this getting out of hand if it isn't already.
I'll apologise in advance for the questions I'll likely be asking shortly.

Welcome to the forum - a great place with lots of help, information and fun. Tip: Get friendly with your local postman - many a model has sat in my car boot for weeks before gaining entry into the house.

Welcome to the forum.
The hobby can be very addictive and an empty wallet is the norm! But do enjoy ;)

Thanks for the welcomes! 😊
I've already made my apologies to the postman and it's only been just over a week. Luckily I can blame the little fella for now.. 😁
