Both, think of all the free time you would have. I would like to sell 3 acres of ground. That way, i would have time. in the summer, heat, willing, to venture upstairs. Have not looked at them, since April. Sat/Sun, first real rain expected, for 16 weeks, so, May be .........

Try and keep active Eagle. It was after I stopped playing golf when I started piling the weight on. That was a few years ago and now I'm struggling to lose it again.

I take it you've never had sciatica. I had it periodically for about 10 years, progressively getting worse until 1 attack which put me off work for two months, with a further 2 months on light duties. Took up Pilates (I hate exercise) and I've had one minor attack in 5 years.

I take I have just once.
Not had it again, I reckon my daily brisk walk keeps it at bay.

Quite possibly. However no chance of a 'brisk walk' if you're suffering a bad attack - you're lucky to be able to crawl!
