Is there anyone on the forum who can repair a pcb .
I have a class 14 helijan and the pcb has developed a fault, the lights all work but motor doesn’t ,I’ve tested motor removed and it works also tested it with power from output of pcb and all works also put power to pcb input and nothing to motor but all lights work.i can’t see any damage to the pcb so I suspect a component as blown.
I’ve tried helijan but they are in the process of moving there uk distributor until March.

Post a few decent quality photos and we may be able to diagnose.

I’ll take some tomorrow but there’s not a lot to see.

I think from looking sat my phots closely is the board needs a bit of a clean and then I’ll re solder all the motor inputs to the board as I can’t see any components in the motor lines on the board hopefully it’s just a dry joint. Does any one have any good ideas.

I’ve resoldered most of the joints anstill the same only ones I haven’t re soldered are the chip plug housing. I’ll. have another on Saturday.

It looks like there may be cross tracking on the 8-pin socket. Just enough whiskering to cause problems.
