No, the only British 2-10-0 was a 9F made by Dapol.

Graham Farish do make a 2-8-0. A Stanier and a WD version.

Can't deny, a 4-10-0 would've been very nice. Here's the Bulgarian version:

And here's my own:

Minitrix did a very average 9F, 2-10-0, now over 30 yrs old they come up on Ebay and make decent money. I have 2, as well as 2 Dapol models* which are a better model, but both lack the pulling power of the Minitrix version.
In Continental Outline there are several offerings, by Fleischmann, Minitrix and Roco to name a few.

* I have actually had 5 Dapol 9Fs delivered, 3 went back as poor runners, I think their quality control is poor, but they offer easy returns, so don't let that worry you.
