Yesterday afternoon, about 3.30pm, 25/11/20, I spoke to David at Train Tech regarding some flashing lights that I wanted for a particular model I am trying to create.
David spent some time talking to me about the items I thought I needed, and gave me advice on how to achieve my results. Whilst also suggesting alternatives.
Once agreed and I had paid for the items I wanted, I expected to receive the goods at the weekend or on Monday.
Surprise ! This morning when the post was delivered in among the letters was the package from Train Tech !!
What fantastic service, so thank you to David and his wife for getting the package made up and into the post asap.
Obviously a nod as well to Royal Mail for getting the package out to sunny Dorset in record time as well
